Legal Terms
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Legal Terms govern your use of the Al Mizara website, consultation booking, and workspace. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Al Mizara provides commercial advisory information, consultation booking, and a digital workspace for authorised users. Website content is for general information and does not replace formal advice until confirmed in writing for your engagement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Workspace access is limited to invited or authorised users. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if your organisation’s relationship with Al Mizara ends.
3. Consultations
Guest consultation requests are subject to availability and admin confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until we accept it and send confirmation (which may include a meeting link).
You agree to provide truthful intake information. Al Mizara may decline or reschedule requests for operational or professional reasons.
4. Workspace use
Clients, admins, and freelancers must use the platform only for legitimate project work. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
Commercial terms, fees, and deliverables are governed by the offers and agreements recorded in the workspace (and any separate contract). Platform status labels are operational aids, not legal guarantees.
5. Intellectual property
Al Mizara branding, website design, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of materials you lawfully upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers
The website and platform are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing on the public website creates an attorney–client or exclusive advisory relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Mizara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the free website or guest booking features is limited to SAR 0, or the amount required by mandatory law if higher.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Legal Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
